The awards are designed to acknowledge excellence and achievement in the world of Division I men's and women's lacrosse. The Mids' season ended with a 13-4 overall record after falling in the tournament semifinals to top-seeded American. 17-15. Navy's 13 wins were the most for a first-year program in NCAA history.
